In April 2010, Cailler will be opening its new Maison Cailler in Broc-Gruyère. In the new visitor centre, you'll not only discover the cacao secrets of the Aztecs, the link between Cailler and the French royal court, and the importance of delicious Gruyère milk to the invention of milk chocolate, but much, much more besides….
